Rear Adm. Keith Davids, Commander Naval Special Warfare Command, participates in the Attracting and Selecting Key Talent panel at Special Operations Forces (SOF) Week 2023. The event combines a defense industry conference with an annual convention for Special Operators and is U.S. Special Operations Command's cornerstone event that enables the SOF enterprise to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones. SOF Week offers attendees an opportunity to learn, network and collaborate on solutions driven by the need to achieve the right mix of operational concepts, talent, capabilities and technology.
