SAN DIEGO (May 2, 2023) An unmanned T-38 Devil Ray controlled by West Coast-based Naval Special Warfare operators transits near Naval Base San Diego in San Diego Bay during U.S. Pacific Fleet's Unmanned System Battle Problem (UxS IBP).
