**For additional information in regards to submitting classified complaints, call and schedule an appointment with the Naval Special Warfare Command Inspector General at 1-619-522-2855.

Named complainants will receive an NSW IG complaint acknowledgment response within five (5) business days of complaint receipt. However, if you have not received an acknowledgment response after five (5) business days, send an email requesting a status update to NSW-IG@socom.mil or call 1-619-522-2855.
