NSW Command Team Tours NAVSCIATTS
Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) Registrar Richard Santiago briefs U.S. Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Commander Rear Adm. Keith Davids on the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DOD) Field Studies Program (FSP) during a recent tour of command facilities located at the John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi. Davids and Force Master Chief Walter S. Dittmar were in the area visiting NSW Stennis commands. FSP is the DOD’s program that affords an opportunity for international military students to become familiar with the United States, its social, cultural, and political institutions, and its people and their ways of life. The program further increases allied and partner security force professionals’ awareness of the U.S. commitment to the basic principles of internationally recognized human rights.
