NSW Command Team Tours NAVSCIATTS
U.S. Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Force Master Chief Walter S. Dittmar receives a brief from Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) International Tactical Communications Course (ITCC) Instructor Petty Officer 1st Class Mario Delgado during a tour of the international training command’s facilities located on the John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi, Apr. 4. Dittmar and Rear. Adm. Keith Davids were in the area visiting NSW Stennis commands. ITCC is a five-week course of instruction designed to provide foreign security force personnel with the knowledge and skills to perform as a radio communicator. NAVSCIATTS, NSW’s security cooperation training center, operates in support of foreign security assistance and geographic combatant commanders' theater security cooperation priorities and provides training and education to allied and partner security force professionals.
