Shannon Goans, all assigned to U.S. Marine Forces South and Reserve in New Orleans; and Megan Natter, strategy, resources, and integration lead with the Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy (Intelligence and Security) Victor Minella’s office, participate in a Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) panel discussion at the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School, on April 4. The panel provided Strategic Leaders International Course partner nation officers from Cameroon, Djibouti, Cyprus, Ghana, Croatia, Indonesia, Lebanon, Latvia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Poland, Thailand, Tunisia, and Zambia with the opportunity for a broader discussion on WPS with their personal views and leadership experiences within the day-to-day realities of leading in the USMC and within the executive services of the U.S. Navy.
